These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of NCLEX BANK (the "Service"), operated by SOLO GROUP CO., LTD. ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
NCLEX BANK provides access to an NCLEX®-style question bank with rationales, delivered on our web platform as a monthly subscription. You create an account, and access begins as soon as your first payment is confirmed. Ten questions are available free of charge without a subscription.
2. License & permitted use
For as long as your subscription is active, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own study. Access is licensed to one individual only, and account credentials may not be shared. So that one subscription stays with one person, up to three sign-ins can be active at the same time; signing in on a fourth ends whichever has gone longest without being used. This is not a limit on how many devices you may use over time — you can move between your phone, your computer and a tablet freely, and sign in again whenever you need to. You may not share, resell, sublicense, duplicate, publish, or redistribute the content, in whole or in part. Violation of this clause may result in access being revoked without a refund.
3. Price & payment
The subscription is US$99 per month. This is a 2026 special price; from 2027 the standard price will be US$149 per month. Subscribers who joined at the special price keep that price for as long as their subscription remains active. The first month is charged when the subscription starts, and it renews automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. All payments are processed securely by PayPal; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or from PayPal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; access continues until then and the next renewal is not charged. Because access is granted immediately and in full, we do not refund a month that has already begun, and we do not pro-rate a partial month. Ten questions are free, so you can evaluate the content before subscribing. If the Service is defective or unavailable, contact us at info@solo-language.com and we will resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual property
All questions, rationales, and other materials are original works created by us and are protected by copyright. The license granted under these Terms does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Trademark & non-affiliation
NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NCLEX BANK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by NCSBN. Practice questions are original materials created for study purposes and are not actual examination items.
7. No guarantee of results
The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular examination result, score, or outcome. Your performance depends on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SOLO GROUP株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するNCLEX BANK（以下「本サービス」）のご購入および利用に関して定めるものです。本サービスをご購入またはご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. 本サービスについて
本サービスは、解説付きのNCLEX®形式の問題集を、当社Webプラットフォーム上で月額制にて提供するものです。アカウントを作成いただき、初回のお支払いが確認された時点からご利用いただけます。10問については、お申し込みなしで無料でお試しいただけます。
2. ライセンスおよび利用条件
ご契約が有効な期間中、お客様ご自身の学習目的で本コンテンツを利用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。アクセス権はご利用者お一人に限り有効で、アカウント情報を他者と共有することはできません。1つのご契約をお一人でご利用いただくため、同時にログインできるのは3つまでです。4つ目のログインが行われた場合、最も長く使われていないログインが自動的に終了します。これはご利用いただける端末の数を制限するものではありません。スマートフォン・パソコン・タブレットを行き来してご利用いただけますし、必要なときに再度ログインしていただけます。コンテンツの全部または一部を、共有・転売・再許諾・複製・公開・再配布することはできません。本条に違反した場合、返金なしにアクセスを停止することがあります。
3. 価格および支払い
月額99米ドルです。これは2026年の特別価格であり、2027年からは通常価格である月額149米ドルとなる予定です。特別価格でお申し込みいただいた方は、ご契約が継続している限り同額を維持します。お申し込み時に初月分を決済し、以後は解約されるまで毎月同日に自動更新・自動決済となります。決済はすべてPayPalにより安全に処理され、当社がカード情報の全体を保持することはありません。価格は米ドル建てで表示されます。
4. 解約および返金について
アカウント設定またはPayPalから、いつでも解約いただけます。解約はお支払い済みの期間の末日をもって効力を生じ、それまではご利用いただけます。次回以降の課金は発生しません。お申し込みと同時に全コンテンツのご利用が開始されるため、開始済みの月分の返金および日割りでの精算はいたしかねます。お申し込み前に内容をご確認いただけるよう、10問を無料でご用意しています。サービスに不具合がある場合や利用できない場合は、info@solo-language.com までご連絡ください。速やかに対応いたします。
5. 知的財産権
すべての問題・解説その他の教材は当社が独自に作成したものであり、著作権により保護されています。本規約に基づくライセンスの付与によって、これらの所有権がお客様に移転することはありません。
6. 商標および非提携について
NCLEX®およびNCLEX-RN®は、National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc.（NCSBN）の登録商標です。NCLEX BANKはNCSBNと提携しておらず、承認・推奨を受けたものではありません。収録されている問題は学習目的で独自に作成されたものであり、実際の試験問題ではありません。
7. 成果の保証について
本サービスは学習を補助するものです。当社は、特定の試験結果・スコア・合否を保証するものではありません。学習成果は当社の管理外の様々な要因に左右されます。
8. 免責事項
法令が認める最大限の範囲において、本サービスに関連して当社が負う責任の総額は、お客様が本サービスに対してお支払いになった金額を上限とします。当社は、間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
9. 本規約の変更
当社は、本規約を随時変更することがあります。最新版は常に本ページに施行日とともに掲載します。変更の施行後に本サービスを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
10. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
