These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of NCLEX BANK (the "Service"), operated by SOLO GROUP CO., LTD. ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
NCLEX BANK provides access to a private, NCLEX-style question bank with rationales, hosted on Notion. Access is delivered as a personal workspace invitation sent by automatic confirmation email to the address you provide as soon as your payment is confirmed.
2. License & permitted use
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own study. Access is licensed to one individual only. You may not share, resell, sublicense, duplicate, publish, or redistribute the workspace or its contents, in whole or in part. Violation of this clause may result in access being revoked without a refund.
3. Price & payment
The price of Lifetime Access is US$699, charged as a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in full at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
Because the Service is a digital product delivered as an access invitation, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the invitation has been sent. Sample questions are available on our website so you can evaluate the content before purchasing. If the invitation fails to arrive or the product is defective, contact us at info@solo-language.com and we will resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual property
All questions, rationales, and other materials are original works created by us and are protected by copyright. The license granted under these Terms does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Trademark & non-affiliation
NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NCLEX BANK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by NCSBN. Practice questions are original materials created for study purposes and are not actual examination items.
7. No guarantee of results
The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular examination result, score, or outcome. Your performance depends on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SOLO GROUP株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するNCLEX BANK（以下「本サービス」）のご購入および利用に関して定めるものです。本サービスをご購入またはご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. 本サービスについて
本サービスは、解説付きのNCLEX形式の問題集をNotion上で提供するものです。アクセスは、決済確認後に自動送信される確認メールにて、お客様がご指定のメールアドレス宛に個人用ワークスペースへの招待としてお送りします。
2. ライセンスおよび利用条件
ご購入により、お客様ご自身の学習目的で本コンテンツを利用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。アクセス権はご購入者お一人に限り有効です。ワークスペースおよびその内容の全部または一部を、共有・転売・再許諾・複製・公開・再配布することはできません。本条に違反した場合、返金なしにアクセスを停止することがあります。
3. 価格および支払い
買い切り（Lifetime Access）の価格は699米ドルで、一回払いです。決済はすべてStripeにより安全に処理され、当社がカード情報の全体を保持することはありません。価格は米ドル建てで表示され、ご購入時に全額を決済いたします。
4. 返金について
本サービスはアクセス招待として提供されるデジタル商品であるため、招待送付後の返金はお受けできません。ご購入前に内容をご確認いただけるよう、サイト上にサンプル問題をご用意しています。招待が届かない場合や商品に不具合がある場合は、info@solo-language.com までご連絡ください。速やかに対応いたします。
5. 知的財産権
すべての問題・解説その他の教材は当社が独自に作成したものであり、著作権により保護されています。本規約に基づくライセンスの付与によって、これらの所有権がお客様に移転することはありません。
6. 商標および非提携について
NCLEX®およびNCLEX-RN®は、National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc.（NCSBN）の登録商標です。NCLEX BANKはNCSBNと提携しておらず、承認・推奨を受けたものではありません。収録されている問題は学習目的で独自に作成されたものであり、実際の試験問題ではありません。
7. 成果の保証について
本サービスは学習を補助するものです。当社は、特定の試験結果・スコア・合否を保証するものではありません。学習成果は当社の管理外の様々な要因に左右されます。
8. 免責事項
法令が認める最大限の範囲において、本サービスに関連して当社が負う責任の総額は、お客様が本サービスに対してお支払いになった金額を上限とします。当社は、間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。
9. 本規約の変更
当社は、本規約を随時変更することがあります。最新版は常に本ページに施行日とともに掲載します。変更の施行後に本サービスを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
10. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
